What is the difference between buying through us and from buying directly from the developer? Nothing, you pay the same price, whether you buy through us, or from the developer. The main difference is the fact that the developer does not do resales; he will rather sell his stock than your stands. That's where we come in; we buy stands in these same developments, and monitor the prices in these developments, with the aim to make the biggest profits possible, once the time is right, we put our stands and your stands back on the market, before transfer. (Since we cannot afford to take bonds on all the stands that we buy.) How does Fullview make their money? We buy and sell our own stands, and ask a commission on reselling your stands. We also get a small "commission" from the developer (only payable on transfer), we are not in this for the short - term. |
