House of BNG, one of South Africa's leading MCC brands, has announced its continued partnership with the prestigious Miss South Africa pageant.

The collaboration coincides with the launch of the exciting reality series "Crown Chasers," where Bonang Matheba, the owner of The House of BNG, will serve as a resident judge. The five episode show is set to premiere on SABC 3 this Sunday, the 9th of July at 4 pm.

Crown Chasers will show the journey of aspiring beauty queens as they undergo rigorous training, mentorship and preparation for the Miss South Africa pageant finale. Matheba, with fellow judge Leandie du Randt and weekly guest judges, will provide valuable guidance and leverage their vast experience to nurture and empower the contestants.

"Any platform that supports and uplifts women in this country will always have my backing. Partnering with Miss South Africa for the fifth time this year is a natural choice for House of BNG as we share a common vision of empowering women. We are excited to be a part of the pageant and ready to support the contestants. Here's to another thrilling year and toasting our winners with House of BNG."

Meanwhile Miss South Africa Organisation announced that DJ Sbu's MoFaya energy drink would be the official sponsor for the 2023 Miss SA.

Stephanie Weil, CEO of the Miss SA organisation, said the Miss South Africa Organisation believed in entrepreneurship, and their goal had always been clear: "To provide every contestant with the necessary skills to become a savvy and informed career-driven woman with the correct tools to reach her chosen destiny."

MoFaya was the first proudly black-owned energy drink in South Africa, co-founded by DJ Sbu – also known as Sibusiso Leope – alongside Siphiwe Likhuleni Shongwe back in 2013.

The grand finale of the Miss South Africa pageant takes place on Sunday August 13 at Sun International's SunBet Arena at Time Square in Pretoria. The live show will be broadcast on SABC3, promising an evening filled with entertainment and excitement.
