President Cyril Ramaphosa has filed an affidavit supporting Minister Pravin Fordham in a bid to halt implementation of Public Protector’s SARS Rogue Unit remedial action pending his legal challenge to it.
In the affidavit, filed at the North Gauteng High Court, the president indicated his support for Gordhan’s court application in as far as the relief sought by Gordhan relates to the president.
