Siya Kolisi and Rasie Erasmus walked away with two coveted SA Sport Awards.

Springbok captain Siya Kolisi won the People’s Choice Sports Star award at the SA Sports Awards held in Durban.

He led the Springboks to a 32-12 victory over England in the Rugby World Cup final in Japan.

Springbok coach Rasie Erasmus was named Coach of the Year.

While the Proteas Netball team picked up the award for Team of the Year after winning this year’s Africa Netball World Cup and finishing fourth at the Netball World Cup in Liverpool.
