Black Leopards have secured a 3-1 win over Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila in the PSL promotional/relegation playoffs match at the Bidvest Stadium.

The victory saw Leopards open a three points gap at the top of the playoffs standings, while TTM remained at the bottom without a single point.

The visitors did break the deadlock in the 20th minute when Tiklas Thutlwa's corner-kick was headed home by Zambian Mwape Musonda to make it 1-0 to Leopards.

TTM came back rejuvenated following a cooling break and they managed to restore parity to Thembisani Nevhulamba in the 44th minute.The former Leopards striker scored with a low finish from Molibedi Mokoena's delightful pass to make it 1-1 with the Lidoda Duvha defence exposed.

The visitors regained the lead in the final minute of stoppage time as Isaac Masia out jumped a cluster of bodies in the area to head home a near post corner.

In the 90th minute, meanwhile, TTM were only denied by the crossbar, King Ndlovu came for a corner but couldn’t get a decisive punch and an overhead kick from Tebogo Thangwane came back off the woodwork.

However Musonda sealed Leopards' 3-1 win over Tshakhuma when he netted with a header from a corner-kick in stoppage-time.
