Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane has urged his players not to think about their encounter against Kaizer Chiefs.

Sundowns were at their attacking best when they thrashed AmaZulu 5-0 to advance to the Telkom Knockout quarter-finals yesterday.

Before next week's encounter with Chiefs, Sundowns will take on Highlands Park on Wednesday evening and He feels that must their only focus.

"That's why we took off Hlompho Kekana, I wanted to take off Gaston Sirino also to save them, the game of Highlands Park is a tough game. You know Highlands is a tough team, it'snot going to be easy, the running will be more than this. You don't want to play that game before the Kaizer Chiefs game," Mosimane said in his post-match interview.

"But it's not about the Kaizer Chiefs game, it's about the Highlands game. Don't worry about the Kaizer Chiefs game, worry about Highlands game, Mosimane added.

Meanwhile Highlands Park also progressed to the quarter-finals of the Telkom knockout after defeating Black Leopards 6-5 on penalties at the Makhulong Stadium
