In another intriguing match-up, Mamelodi Sundowns will host Golden Arrows, with both teams featuring new management on their benches.
Steve Komphela has returned to Sundowns as a senior coach, having left Golden Arrows, where he had taken over as head coach in March after departing from Moroka Swallows.

The winner of the Carling Knockout will pocket R6.85 million, with the runner-up walking away with R2.85 million.
On the other hand, the semi-finalists will receive R1.35 million, the quarter-finalists will earn R850,000, and the teams knocked out in the last 16 will only gain R550,000.
