DStv Premiership side TS Galaxy’s team bus was involved in a accident on the N4/Schoemanskloof Road on Tuesday afternoon.
The bus collided with a Volkswagen Polo, resulting in a devastating accident that claimed the life of the Polo’s driver.
A source close to the club confirmed the accident, expressing sorrow over the loss of life and the impact on the upcoming game.
Galaxy are set to play Mamelodi Sundowns in a DStv Premiership encounter on Wednesday evening at Mbombela Stadium.
Despite the severity of the collision, Fullview understands none of the players or technical team sustained injuries.
