Nizaam Carr will lead a Vodacom Bulls side featuring Morne Steyn at flyhalf in the Currie Cup clash against the Sharks in Durban on Friday.
The two sides will lock horns on Friday, with kick-off scheduled for 3.30pm in the afternoon.
Carr will captain the Vodacom Bulls in a realtively youthful back row alongside Cameron Hanekom and Reinhardt Ludwig.
There are also starting opportunities for Jan-Hendrik Wessels, tighthead prop Sebastian Lombard and lock Janko Swanepoel.
The Vodacom Bulls will have a fairly experienced backline, as Zak Burger partners veteran flyhalf Steyn, while Chris Smit joins Lionel Mapoe in midfield.
Wandisile Simelane shifts to the wing, with Sibongile Novuka and Franco Knoetze completing the outside backs.
