Tottenham have been drawn against Northern Irish team Larne or Portuguese side Pacos de Ferreira in the inaugural Europa Conference League play-offs.
The Europa Conference League is currently at its third qualifying round, with Portuguese side Pacos de Ferreira and Northern Irish club Larne due to contest two legs this Thursday and next Thursday as they vie to set up a clash with Spurs.
The play-off round will see newly-appointed manager Nuno Espirito Santo lead his side in his first competitive matches over two legs scheduled for Thursday 19 and Thursday 26 August.

Should Spurs advance from their play-off round tie, they will learn their group-stage opponents during the draw on 27 August.

Meanwhile Harry Kane, a transfer target for Manchester City, has not returned to the Tottenham training ground as expected on Monday morning amid speculation over his future.
Kane has had a three-week break after helping England reach the Euro 2020 final.
Spurs have offered no explanation for why the 28-year-old did not turn up.
It is understood Kane felt he had a gentleman’s agreement with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy that he could leave the club this summer.
A pre-Euro 2020 move did not materialise as he hoped, but Manchester City remain keen on signing the England captain.
