After a weekend of major upsets in the Nedbank Cup Last 16, the quarterfinal draw was conducted on Monday evening, 23 February 2026.
The draw took place at the SuperSport studios in Randburg.
The teams that qualified for the last eight are Durban City FC, AmaZulu FC, Golden Arrows, Casric Stars, TS Galaxy, Sekhukhune United, Jacksa Spears, and Milford FC.
The quarter-final draw followed an unseeded format, with all eight clubs placed into a single pot. In each pairing, the first team drawn earned home-ground advantage, while the second was designated as the visiting side.

The quarter-finals fixtures will be played on the weekend of the 7th and 8th of March 2026. However, the PSL will announce the venues and kick off times for the fixtures in due course.
