Attacq Waterfall Investment Company and Rabie Property Group have announced a R750 million investment to develop a new conference centre and hotel complex within Waterfall City, Midrand in Gauteng.
The new Conference Centre is designed to accommodate up to 1350 delegates in one venue and 2000 across 16 versatile venues, offering exquisite open-air venues for cocktail events and outdoor functions, while the hotel will feature 171 bedrooms, an all-day dining restaurant, wellness facilities including a gym and spa, a swimming pool, and private dining spaces. Every square metre of the development has been meticulously designed to enhance operational efficiencies while catering to the needs of guests.
The project will be operated by the trusted team that have successfully managed Century City Conference Centre and Hotels in Cape Town for the past 10 years.
Gary Koetser will serve as the CEO for both the Cape Town and Johannesburg locations.
