Former Mpumalanga Agriculture MEC, Mandla Msibi returns to the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court where his bail application continues.
Msibi faces a double murder charge after two people died in a shooting in August.
The provincial premiere released him from his duties on Tuesday.
