Kaizer Chiefs academy product Njabulo Blom has joined Borneo FC in Indonesia after his move to Stellenbosch FC broke down.
Blom, 26, was close to linking up with Gavin Hunt at Stellies and had already arrived in the Western Cape to complete his move, however, both parties were not able to agree on final details.
Instead, Blom has now completed a move to Indonesia, as his second exotic adventure after his stint with Nam Dinh in Vietnam.
“Wamukelekile, Njabulo Blom! The South African midfielder has officially joined Borneo FC,” the club stated on Instagram.
“With his strength, determination, and quality on the pitch, Blom is ready to bring a new dimension to Pesut Etam’s game.”
Blom didn’t feature for Nam Dinh last season, as he picked up a serious injury which had ruled him out the whole campaign.
However, his former Mauro Jerónimo – who was in charge of Nam Dinh last season – has now seemingly lured the midfielder to Borneo after joining the club.
