The Western Cape High Court is hearing an application by the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) and African Legal Professionals Association (ALPA) challenging the decision of the Section 89 Impeachment Committee to rescind the recommendation of Adv Thandazani Madonsela as its evidence leader.
