The African National Congress (ANC) President Cyril Ramaphosa is delivering the party’s final election message in Kugompo City on Sunday as the party makes the final push a few hours before South Africans head to the polls.
Ramaphosa will give the keynote address at the Sisa Dukashe Stadium in Mdantsane in the Buffalo City Metro, to wrap up the party’s campaign for what will be a hotly contested local government election.
Buffalo City, once considered a party stronghold, could go down to the wire this time, with polls putting the party below 50 per cent. Buffalo City is one of two metros that the party currently holds a clear majority in.
