The Independent Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) prosecutor Drushantha Ramsamy is expected to return to the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry on Tuesday.
Ramsamy has accused former IDAC head Andrea Johnson of misleading the inquiry during her testimony.
