The South African Communist Party (SACP) is launching its manifesto for the 2026 Local Government Elections at Tshwane University of Technology in Soshanguve, North of Pretoria.
The party’s manifesto is the result of consultations with community, organisations and progressive groups ahead of the 2026 local government elections.
