Guinea-born Political scientist, Professor Siba N. Grovogui will present the 13th Thabo Mbeki Africa Day Lecture, with the topic: Pan African Imperatives: Society, Knowledge, and Institutions.
The lecture will be followed by a Miriam Makeba Tribute Concert at the Amilcar Cabral’s Museum in Guinea Conakry.
