Suspended ANC Secretary General Ace Magashule wants the High Court to rule that: the State has not complied with section 27 of the Prevention and Combatting of Corrupt Activities Act 12 of 2004 – in that he was not given the opportunity to respond to the allegations against him before he was charged.
