ANC briefs media ahead of JHB mayoral special meeting.
The ANC has announced Jolidee Matongo as its preferred Johannesburg Mayoral candidate.
Matongo is currently the City’s Finance MMC.
Matongo may replace the late Geoff Makhubo, who died of COVID-19 complications.
