The Constitutional Court is set to deliver judgment on whether or not President Cyril Ramaphosa mislead Parliament when answering questions about a R500m donation from Bosasa for his CR17 campaign.
The apex court is also expected to hand down judgment on whether Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane had the scope to probe the matter.
