A lot of movement on the floor at the Johannesburg council meeting as political parties caucus on nominees for Speaker of council.
The ANC and the DA are likely to field nominees. ANC councillors have left the floor to hold a quick meeting outside council. While the DA and EFF councillors have remained seated inside council.
