South African audit firm Motlanalo Chartered Accountants & Auditors Inc, has been recognised as a Top Empowered Company.
The recognition was conferred by Impumelelo Top Empowerment, one of South Africa’s leading platforms for benchmarking transformation and empowerment.
Motlanalo’s recognition follows a rigorous research, benchmarking process, assessing organisations against key criteria including Black representation at leadership level, employment equity, senior management composition, empowerment policies, skills development and broader contribution to the economy.
Motlanalo’s inclusion among South Africa’s top empowered organisations reflects its continued commitment to transformation as a core strategic priority.
Founded in 2017, Motlanalo has grown from a single office in Limpopo to offices in four provinces across South Africa, and became PA Global’s first sub-Saharan African member firm in November 2025. The firm is a majority Black women-owned and managed professional services firm.
Motlanalo has distinguished itself through its focus on developing young Black professionals, creating opportunities for women and building a culture grounded in excellence and purpose.
