The warrant of arrest has been issued against former Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) boss Andrea Johnson and former SAPS major-general Feroz Khan.

Johnson previously testified at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry that the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) is considering whether to prosecute her over allegations that after an SAPS colleague laid criminal charges against Khan in 2018 for assault, Johnson shared the details of the docket with him.
Khan faces criminal charges in a separate matter. His testimony at the Madlanga Commission was postponed after he was hospitalised due to a shooting.
