Showmax has dropped the trailer for The Wife: Behind The Veil – an eight-part special that takes fans behind the scenes on the hit telenovela.
The show has broken numerous viewership records and is currently nominated for ten South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs).
‘The Wife: Behind The Veil’, is an eight-part special that will take viewers behind the scenes on the popular drama.
The Zulu brothers and the women who adore them will be covered in more detail for the fans.
The special will reportedly include previously unseen material and comeback performances by actors like Siyabonga Shibe and Ntando Mncube (the Majola brothers) and more.
The first episode is expected in August.
In November, South African viewers will get to experience the third season of The Wife, which is based on the book “Naledi, His Love.”
In June, Stained Glass TV confirmed that it was still in pre-production, they also confirmed that the new season will star Gaisang K Noge in the leading role.
